Roseleen Rick brings 30 years experience to her coaching practice. Because she has hands-on, practical, day to day experience in the business and professional world, she can understand your challenges and add value to your coaching process. She is based near Richmond, Virginia and has an undergraduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Juris Doctor from the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. She has graduated from the Mentor Coach program and has taken additional coaching courses involving appreciative inquiry. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and ICF Richmond.

In addition to coaching, Roseleen was a senior partner with a major multinational law firm, Troutman Sanders LLP. For several years, she was a practice group chair at that firm and was also involved in the mentoring program.

Roseleen has worked with leaders in many areas including finance, real estate, construction, and banking.
