Coaching is an interactive process requiring commitment from both the coach and the client. Coaching is a learning process that promises great rewards, but not without work. Our initial phone conference will explore what is important to you and what commitments you want to make to reach your goals.
Reaching your desired outcomes requires you to explore your boundaries and then learn to stretch them. Your success will emerge from your willingness to determine goals and take risks. You are in the driver’s seat. There is no final test; you are the one who evaluates your own progress. Your coach is there to guide and challenge.
Commitment of 45 minutes weekly
The initial commitment is to weekly 45 minute telephone sessions. You will create the agenda for these calls by completing a call focus form before the coaching session begins. Each 45 minute call will require you to set some objectives and discuss accountability for these objectives. You will be the one to set the agenda and goals each week. The coach’s job is to push when needed and to enthusiastically support your exploration into your strengths and values.
